Charlotte
Charlotte Michelle Jacobsen made her arrival into the world on December 5th 2011 after a quick four hour labor. She weighed 7 pounds 5.9 ounces and was 19 3/4 inches long and absolutely perfect in every way. We couldn't be happier parents.

Congratulations!! She is adorable!! Girls are so much fun. Hope you are soaking it up and remembering every sweet moment. Before you know it she will be so big.
She is so beautiful! We are so happy for you guys. You will make amazing parents! Keep the posts coming, it is our only contact with you guys still!
