Well Charlotte turns two months tomorrow and I realized that I
haven't blogged since the hospital. I am horrible at scrap booking so I
figure if I'm more diligent about the blog then I can at least have her life
documented.
Recapping her first few weeks...
Almost here. I was soooo nervous about giving birth naturally. Had I known labor would have last four hours I probably wouldn't have been so terrified. It truly was the most amazing experience ever.

Completely happy
Her first bath...We finally saw her fuzz ball head of hair. I LOVED it.
Lots of visitors
Our last day in the hospital.
Her car set seemed so small. I was so nervous to put her in the car but so excited to take her home. The whole time in the hospital I couldn't stopping thinking how amazing it was that I never had to give her back to anyone. She was mine forever :)
Finally home and trying the swing...not a huge hit.
And the bed. Not a hit either (hers or ours).
Enjoying her presents from the hospital.
Her first few days at home were AMAZING....I miss those day already!!! I pretty much held her all the time day and night except when dad and grandma would take a turn. My mom came and stayed for almost two weeks which was a huge help.
She Loved to be held and especially loved to cuddle on my chest. She hated sleeping in her bed so we would either sleep with her in the recliner or I would sleep with her on the couch. My mom would come and take her in the morning so I could get some sleep.
Our first Sunday nap as a family. I went to church the Sunday after she was born while she stayed with grandma. It was the first time I left her in her whole six days of life. I was gone for a whole hour and a half but missed her like crazy. We all crashed when we got home from church.
We went to the doctor five straight days after we got home because they were worried about her biliruben levels. Luckily she never got bad enough to go under the lights...just lots of pokes to check her blood. My mom was still here so we have pitures of EVERYTHING.
